1. Renewable Energy Expert (Team Leader): 01 Post

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with MBA / PGDBM (Energy/Power Management) (Fulltime course only)
• Experience: Five years in solar consulting
• Maximum Consolidated Salary (CTC) Amt. (Rs.): 85,000/-

2. Project Engineer: 04 Post

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech with (fulltime course only)
• Experience: Three years in solar energy projects
• Maximum Consolidated Salary (CTC) Amt. (Rs.): 60,000/-

3. Energy Efficiency Expert: 01 Post

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech with MBA / PGDBM (Energy/Power/ Energy Efficiency) (Fulltime course only) Certified Energy Manager / Auditor should be preferred
• Experience: Three years in energy efficiency
• Maximum Consolidated Salary (CTC) Amt. (Rs.): 85,000/-

4. Technicians: 05 Posts

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI with NISE Surya Mitra / NCP Training
• Experience: One year in solar energy
• Maximum Consolidated Salary (CTC) Amt. (Rs.): 15,000/-

5. Multitasking Staff: 04 Posts

• Qualification: Intermediate (10+2 or ITI certificate), typing, proficient in computer operation with knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, Internet etc.

• Experience: Two years

• Maximum Consolidated Salary (CTC) Amt. (Rs.): 25,000/-

• NOTE:

1. For all above categories, Computer Operations and knowledge of MS-Office and English typing is must.

2. For sr. no. 5 (Multitasking Staff), the candidate should have CCC from any recognized institution and must possess typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 35 words per minute in English.

3. Above-mentioned maximum consolidated salary (CTC) will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, qualification and job profile of the previous company / organization.

4. All above-mentioned positions are purely on contract basis for one year and deputed to designated site as per requirement.
